Faith Toward God: A Word of Christ Teaching

Faith toward God is the second of the foundational teachings of the Word of Christ. Hebrews 6:1 names it right after repentance from dead works: we turn from works that have no life, and we put our trust in God. These first principles are the foundation for everything else in life with Him. This category is set aside for studies on faith as part of that foundation. The Faith, Hope & Love category includes "Faith is a Thing," which shows that faith is something given, received and possessed, coming through hearing God's spoken Word, and "If You Are Able," on the father who asked Jesus to help his unbelief (Mark 9).
